EduInvest videos are hosted on high-speed servers, but technical issues can still occur. If videos buffer or don’t load:

  • Ensure a stable internet connection (min. 5 Mbps).

This issue could be due to: Multiple logins on different devices or Browser cache problems.

Quick Fix:

  1. Refresh the page.
  2. Log out and wait 10 minutes.
  3. Log back in.
  4. If the issue persists, please send us a short video showing what’s happening and mention the browser you’re using. We’ll resolve this on priority.
